alright y'all, I did it. For bedrock, you need redstone repeaters x4, redstone, a sticky piston and a redstone torch. you need to make them like this pic. 3ticks on each one. place a redstone torch for a second and break it and connect redstone from the repeaters to the sticky piston.

If you can’t get your red stone lamps to flash right you need to have the bottom layer of observers arrows to go in a circle instead of what he did, one red dot on every side at the same corner.
