@lvb.home: l've made a huge mistake!! When I repainted this room, the 2nd coat I applied has resulted in an awful orange peel texture. I've no idea what I did wrong, l used the same settings on my paint sprayer which I always use. My best guess is that I didn't leave the 1st coat to dry for long enough before applying the 2nd. The instructions said 4 hours, but after 3 hours I got impatient and figured 'what harm can it do?' - turns out, A LOT!! The most annoying thing is that I noticed the texture on the first wall but instead of stopping, I just carried on and hoped it wouldn't dry like that! BIG MISTAKE! I've definitely learnt my lesson! The new colour is perfect though, exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful against the tiles.
