I have a 2024 Solterra. I love it. It has been practically problem free. Most people don't drive their EV's as a daily. They are not meant to sit. The 12 volt charges as you drive it. Maybe you have an older version but, I love mine

That sucks. I have had a RAV4 for years now. I know their Hybrids are awesome. If you are looking for something new, add them to the list. I’ve never had an issue.

Get a mini volt to just jump the tiny battery, if you have the car on but not in ready you use all of the 12 volt battery up. If its in ready it can be on for days with audio and ac. It's happened to me once and hasn't since.

I only have one issue where the infotenment screen goes blank and to fix it car needs to be stop and then again turn on. Hope your issue gets resolved.

The worst car. 4 batteries, eyesight issues 4or 5 times software updates until replacement still needs updates, still goes in and out, doesn’t work driver pulled out in front of me, not a brake beep of alert, if someone changes lanes fireworks!! 20 mpg, 2 a/c compressors, a/c not as cold, radiator complete replacement still too hot and told it will steam and stop with a check engine light, 💡 hatch back replacement , driver seat frame replacement and motor, seats collapsing to the point of feeling hardware and could be affecting airbag sensor as we hear trailing bells, spontaneous moonroof crack, front bushing, oil smells like gas. Brand new 2023 forester premium. Nothing but problems. TCV update, rattles.Horrible.

I wonder why your 12v is dying like that?? I’ve had mine a year now and I haven’t had a single 12v issue. I will say the 12v battery is comically tiny 😅

@Subaru of America, Inc. I’m the husband. Please fix this. I love my Outback so much that I convinced my wife to go Subie. But this is really got me reconsidering if this will remain a Subie family.
