Arthur’s greatest strength was his honor and empathy. Being able to acknowledge and admit you were wrong is extremely difficult especially for those in a position of power.

I don't think people realise how Uther influenced Arthur and the whole of Camelot in thinking magic was evil it wasn't easy for Arthur to just accept magic after all he'd been told all his life give him a break
