@vetsofgeelong: Come with us to run an in house Urinalysis at our Lara clinic! -Once we have obtained a urine sample from the patient, we use the pipette to draw up the urine & then insert into the Sedivue machine to analyse. -We then place a drop of urine onto the refractometer to determine the Urine Specific Gravity (Concentration of urine) -Lastly, we place a few drops of urine onto the dipstick & insert into the analyser to determine the results. #urinealysis #vet #health #dogs #cats #tests
