They’ve just launched build-your-own paninis, alongside four deli-style rolls inspired by the Ninja Turtles and two hot rolls (plus a weekend special). The Roman-style pinsa are fresh and flavourful, avoiding the sogginess of classic Neapolitan pizza. There’s also a lovely coffee bar by ily, serving $2 espressos and a must-try caffe crema. Here’s what we enjoyed: 💖 Raphael: Hot salami, hot honey, provolone, salsa rossa & rocket. Juicy and delicious; a structured bread worked perfectly. ♥️ Meatball Torpedo: Housemade meatballs, Napoli sauce, garlic butter & melted cheese.
