If you don’t have a burner phone, make a full backup of your phone then do a factory reset, add only necessary apps. Restore the backup when you get home

PSA: when deleting social media apps like TT/IG your drafts will get deleted so schedule them to posted or save them before hand. (I learned this the hard way)

if you have any technical knowledge you get basically back up your phone then factory reset your phone to new. once you're back in the country turn on the phone and reinstall the backup. problem solved.

Even after deleting everything and doing a factory reset, photos and videos can still be recovered from your phone, There's always a hidden file they can access.
