Easier way is to remove the air filter housing then pull the front of the battery case off and you can pull the battery towards you and boom

Just remove the air box slide the piece by battery and slide battery forward an disconnect negative an install in reverse order

Doing way too much. Remove the air filter housing and loosen the battery bracket bolts and slide out battery from the front..

Also could’ve crunk the car before putting the cal back on just incase you didn’t get a good connection
