I personally know members of the military who did tours in Afghanistan and Iraq who can’t tell you a single thing about the reason behind the war. Blind “partriotism” is a scary thing.

There was such a poor preparation for Afghanistan too. Like almost no research was done regarding the cultural or material differences of Afghanistan compared to Iraq. Makes sense both failed.

LITERALLY! It digusts me when in a movie “a character is like yh I served in EYE-Raq, like ok? You tortured ans murdered innocent people? Is that suppose to be a flex?! The way even now people dk the real story and still think us was right invading and killing people OVER NO EVIDENCE is crazyy.
