I don’t think you guys understand how bad 118 hours a week is. 168 hours in a week - 118 = 50. Divide it by 7 that’s 7.2 hours of off work time. In that you have to eat for 30 mins get home and sleep

When I was in banking I don’t think I went to sleep before 1 AM in two years. Inclusive of weekends. Caffeine addiction, sleep deprivation, and getting yelled at for nothing at all. So glad I left.
