@bokricebakery_: I grilled some leftover frozen injeolmi yesterday! 😁😁 I let it thaw at room temperature for a bit, then grilled it with some oil (I used perilla oil 🍃) Once one side was cooked, I flipped it and made it nice and crispy. After plating, I drizzled a little sugar or syrup on top — and it was absolutely delicious! 💛✨ It’s super simple and good!
