What if you lay down a piece of painters tape on the ceiling and then put the adhesive track on that. You think that would keep the paint safe?

These tracks do not come down without ruining the ceiling, renters beware 😩 - blowdryer, heat fun, steamer, adhesive remover - nothing worked
