High protein lactation balls:  - 2 cups rolled oats  - 2 tbsp chia seeds  - 1/4 cup flaxseed - 3 tbsp brewers yeast  - 1/2 cup protein powder - 1/4 cup hemp hearts  - 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds -  I tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - Pinch of salt  - 1 cup peanut butter - 1/2 cup honey  - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a food processor 2. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. 3. If the mixture is too dry add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it's easy to roll. 4. Chill for 20-30 minutes. 5. Roll into about 20- 25 balls. 6. Place in ziploc bag & freeze Banana oat muffins (chocolate or blueberry)  WET: - 2 ripe bananas  - 2 eggs  - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup  - 1 tsp vanilla extract  - 3/4 cup greek yogurt  - 1/4 cup olive oil DRY:  - 1 1/2 cup oats  - 1 cup flour  - 1 tsp baking powder  - 1 tsp baking soda  - 1/2 tsp salt  - 1 tsp cinnamon  - Optional: 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (replace 1/2 cup of the flour with the protein powder) - 1 cup chocolate chips or blueberries  Instructions 1. Whisk together wet ingredients  2. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients 3. Fold the dry into the wet ingredients just until combined. 4. Gently stir in chocolate chips or blueberries  5. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes so the oats soften. 6. Fill muffin cups  7. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean 8. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Freezing & Reheating - Let muffins cool completely. - Freeze in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container for up to 3 months. - To reheat: microwave for 20-30 seconds from thawed or 45-60 seconds from frozen or warm in a 300°F oven for 8-10 minutes. #postpartummealprep#mealprep#foodprep#postpartum#postpartumsnacks
