Stage 4 here too! I got my food allergies tested to find out what inflamed me the most &it was gluten&dairy but it did help so much cutting it out. I also started taking supplements to reduce estrogen

I’ve had an IUD since 2015 and I have next to No Endo symptoms(diagnosed in 2010), but I do know IUD’s aren’t an option for everyone. I have the Mirena if that helps. Wish you the Best Luck Girlie!

I tried like 7 different birth controls and nothing worked for me so I went GF/DF and cut out other foods that inflamed me, and worked w a naturopath to figure out what supplements I should take

Okay so my birth control did not help the plan, I was on it from 13-22. I am now on Myfembree it has definitely helped the pain more, where I can actually function. It’s a medication dedicated to endo
