y’all, i used to work at costco and we accepted a FIFTEEN year old mattress return. costcos return policy is what keeps members, which is where they get MOST of their money from. costco will do just fine and they can afford the “loss”

Everyone so mad 😂 costco does this for a reason! Gives the buyer confidence in buying from them so they can return if they don’t like it. Also I don’t think a trillion $ company is hurting from this
