I’m new to this game- when one starts milling their own flour-and makes bread does this mean it’s in sourdough form only? Or can you regular non- sourdough bread- which is she talking about??

After 40 years no more colds, fever, asthma. I think it’s yeast/bacteria. No problem w/sourdo from bakery. No prob with wheat cereal w/ gluten.

You have to grind your own flour to get the whole wheat germ. The flour doesn’t last long once ground witch is why even whole wheat flour in the store isn’t completely whole

I've been milling my own Gluten-Free (celiac) flour for 13 yrs. We've had 2 sick visits in that time (2 of my 5 kids ages 7-17 kids have *never* had a sick visit). Whole foods, ferments & raw milk💪❤️
