This does not agitate the clothes on the top layer only the ones on the bottom or maybe what’s close to the agitator the other clothes that are in the rest of the washer do not even get touched by water

I’ve had this exact same model for a little over a year. After it completes the cycle and drains the clothes perfectly. It continues to try to drain until you unplug it or hold the start button down until it stops. Then after a minute or 2 it starts trying to drain again.
