Good on you honestly, glad you realised that full fat options are best, not many people undersrsnd this, low fat products are highly processed… not natural at all, leading to not feeling full like you said and also being malnourished. They also contain so many additives and preservatives most of the time, which ruin your gut health

I’ve always found it way easier to stick to a calorie deficit with lower fat options and then I can eat more of everything, full fat options almost always taste way better 😅

yesss I used to cook my oats in water and could eat like 80g of them and now I feel so full after 40g if I cook them in full fat milk and they are way creamier and so much better

Usually low fat products, especially yoghurts, have a lot of sugar or sweeteners/additives in general to compensate for the taste. Better off having natural full fat products in moderation

The slim versions often swap out fat for sugar anyway. I eat Farmers Union for the best tasting plain yoghurt. For flavoured, the low sugar chobani range is really nice.

I miss full fat products 😭 they taste soooo much better. Butttt I also think they won’t agree with my stomach now. Since I lost weight my lactose intolerance is awful 😭😭😭 I mean don’t get me wrong
