We finally got him out and he had a wonderful time with all the dogs outside. He is very handsome! He developed a little crush on sweet Nova, he would love a doggie friend to help decompress. 🔹𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 none 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Easy leash him up, walks taking treats and wagging his tail with the baby talk. He used the grass for the potty. Kennel clean. Tense, stiff body when leashed from kennel. Pulled me out of the baydock garage towards the grass. He pottied, but resisted once I was trying to walk towards the building. When attempting to leash muzzle, he'd tighten lips and lick them, sideways stare. After he was guided into the intake area, noticed hair loss around entire neck from a possible embedded collar. Carried to new kennel after intake exam was completed. 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Hair loss and wound around neck. Possible embedded collar. Seen by DVM Dewormer mixed with canned food. 7/16/25: HW+ A: collar rub, high HW+ P: rx rimidyl 75mg sid x 10 S/O: areas of alopecia/hair thinning/errythema/small sores around neck, high 📌 Please contact BARC if you are local and can help!
