That is a Wits student sisi and it's a not a Dr, in health faculty at Wits everyone wears scrubs so it's hard to tell who's not if you're not familiar with it

unfortunately Hillbrow chc have to cater for almost abcef region with limited staff members.yeoville,bezvalley,jeppe,betrams clinics they all refer to Hillbrow. I don't mean to justify anything
