It shouldn’t matter what a person wears. Whether it be a Harris hat or a Maga hat. It’s a hat with words on it. It shouldn’t get people fired up or bullied. It’s ridiculous that people are divided over politics.

Educator here. The teacher was not modeling respect, so how to students learn how to respect? She modeled that it’s okay to scream, use expletives, and verbally abuse other people when someone is angry. This is the opposite of respect. If we want young people or adults to be respectful, we need to model it, especially during times when emotions are running high.
