My 09 zo6 has bad surging. Btr stage 2. Brodix heads stainless headers no cats. Tuner says he can’t get the surge out?

I had this same experience with my car. I had smoothing off, fuel was within a percent or two, but it was still awful. Slowing o2 oscillation fixed it as well. High overlap cam confused the o2 sensors
