Yes, I was in a toxic friend group for years I got out of close to the end of last year, I was slowly putting together how awful I was being treated and one day I had had enough and blocked them all.

I think this diagnosis of autism is making me so angry at the mental health professionals that have been seeing me for years. And my adoptive mom (a neurologist) seeing me having multiple meltdowns then laughing it off and saying, noo you’re perfectly normal, when I mentioned autism.

Whew I’m there right now after being traumatized & dehumanized by, of all things, my mother in law & her husband while I was caring for my husband as he was slowly succumbing to brain cancer. It’s literally given me c-PTSD & I will never EVER let anyone treat me poorly again for anything.
