This wasn’t government control or bias. This was one company, Sinclair broadcasting. They own all these stations. They sent out this mission statement script to all their stations and required them to record and post it. It’s no different than all the Target stores having the same logo and selling the same products or all the Texas Roadhouse restaurants selling the same menu items. One company, one mission statement. Now, should one company own 167 stations? That’s a whole another argument.
