@shirleypatriciadixon: I'm sharing this not for sympathy from anyone, but to create awareness. I took this video of my hand shaking to show a very real, physical reaction my body had to someone I don't want near me. Someone I do not want in my life. This isn't dramatized. This isn't exaggerated. This is trauma and anxiety showing up in real time. The boundaries I created have not been respected at all. It's not always loud. It's not always a dramatic scene. Sometimes it's your nervous system quietly screaming for safety while you're trying to hold yourself together. Respecting someone’s boundaries isn’t optional. It’s not something to negotiate or test. It's a basic requirement of being in someone's life—and I’ve made it clear that this person is not welcome in mine. To anyone else going through something similar—you're not alone. And your body, your reactions, your gut feelings—they are all valid.
