It’s like everyone on the Internet is saying that this is not easy to grow but the roots on this snow queen that I have is already coming through the pot, which is insane because I got her and I think September October and I would’ve thought that she would’ve stalled. OK maybe it was August.

There’s many reasons I train in the gym… For my mental health. For my physical health. For an hour to myself. For the booty gains, obvs. 🍑😂 But above all, it’s so I can continue to care for her for as long as possible. Because as a parent carer, being physically strong isn’t just about me. It’s about being able to step in when she needs me most. ❤️ And honestly, that’s one of the reasons creating an income online became so important to me too. I had to leave the career I’d worked so hard for because caring for my daughter had to come first. But I still wanted something that was mine — something I could build around our life rather than having to fit our life around work. Learning how to earn online has given me that flexibility, and I’ll forever be grateful I found it and get to help others in similar circumstances do the same🫶🏻 And just to say because I know this will come up….. we absolutely have hoists and equipment and use them. I don’t carry her around all day! 😂 These moments are generally when she needs moving quickly for medical reasons and sometimes there simply isn’t time to get the equipment out. I’m also very aware of safe lifting and my own limits. ❤️ Because ultimately, I need to look after myself too… so I can keep looking after her. #specialneedsparenting #parentcarer #disabledchild #onlineincome #mumlife
