If you have fat necrosis, you’re going to be in pain! You’ll know.. The area will be inflamed, red, & painful. And a doctor should be consulting with their patient if this happens. If it’s oozing, yes, that could smell, but that’s an infection - but doesn’t mean BBLs smell. Any infection on your body can smell. Otherwise, the smell is caused by hygiene issues!
