Either way, as this is a special, what better character to choose to edit than THE Kyoko Kirigiri 🫶 Special message as I promised, I’m genuinely just pouring my heart out so, sorry if it’s corny 😣💔 This is such a repetitive intro, but then again it’s true, I genuinely didn’t think I’d reach this far so quickly when I first started this account. Honestly, I was planning on merely becoming more of a ‘shitposter’ (if that’s the right term) where I’d drop edits sometimes, then funny memes on the other hand, I was not expecting this level at all. So, since we’re already here, here’s an extended backstory of my journey in the fandom. I started consuming Danganronpa content around mid-May, but I’ve already heard about it during 2020. The one who actually introduced it to me was none other than the goatJay himself, and it was purely coincidental that I happened to stumble upon his Danganronpa series. I got invested in it, played the games, watched the anime, etc. Then I started seeing Danganronpa edits pop up on my for you page, and I was impressed by how there’s so many talented people in the fandom. Which is why, a few weeks later, I got even more inspired and ultimately asked myself ‘What if I were to create a Danganronpa account?’ Either way, I was expecting that edit to get like 40, 50, or maybe 100 likes if TikTok was feeling generous, then it genuinely blew up overnight to thousands of likes which left me shocked. I was gaining more edit ideas, posting more, experimenting, until I reached this point (Even if it hasn’t been that long which is genuinely still so shocking). 😭 If I’m going to be honest and vulnerable with everyone, I was in a not-so-great mental health state before starting this account, so this editing account and you guys are very dear to me because while you support me, you’ve also helped me heal a lot, even if it was unintentionally. Seeing how far this account has grown, even if it has barely scratched the surface of a year, is a truly a wonderful thing to witness🥹. I also want to take the opportunity to thank every one of you who have been supporting this account, because you guys give me the motivation to continue. Editing has become one of my newer passions aside from writing, and I’m so happy to share it to people who care. To my friends, followers, and mutuals I especially get so happy whenever you guys leave a ton of comments on my comment section. Whether it be compliments or noticing details, I really appreciate every support. There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to explain how grateful I am to each one of you. I am so, very sorry if this got very cheesy, but thank you for reading up until this point🫶🫶. This might be my last message for a long while, since I practically told everything already🥹, but of course I’ll still try to post specials, and I will always be grateful for every new follower I gain.
