i’ve been going through these comments bc this was how i was.. what FINALLY got my account back was skipping the entry level customer service reps and emailing all the CEO’s on the “leadership” tab of the microsoft website..from there a higher level executive service agent reached out and manually did my account recovery. finally got me back in!
