I use water activated face paint/eyeliner a TON and if u use setting spray to activate it it makes it stay better! It’ll make it a little more waterproof :)

I wouldn’t recommend blending with a beauty blender because it will absorb the product.I’d recommend using a brush to blend it won’t pick up as much product but I think it’s still a really good item🫶🏻
