This is so on point! I unfortunately had to learn this the hard way. Currently on my 3rd year, I still have to fix my doom scrolling habits but atleast it happens when the work isn't too hectic, LOL.

what if I have a job? I'm an industrial electrician trying to get really into the automation and processing side of the industry and I have a job in a maintenance role in a confectionery factory. I'm going to do a part time engineering course while I work, I think the engineering course will only benefit me but do I need to jump into an internship?
