because i have autism and im not toilet trained my sister keeps me in diapers during the day and she keeps me in diapers during the night and she uses onsie on me during the day and also at night so I cant take my diaper off

and i love them they are so so comfy but my sister loves them because I cant take my diaper off during the day or night time and she said she also loves it because she can change my diaper much easier
