@strongbysim: one thing about me is I will only eat protein meals if it tastes GOOD and these stuffed bell peppers 10/10 🫑🍽️ 1. season bell peppers with olive oil, black pepper and salt and then bake for around 10 minutes 2. tomato based sauce - tomatoes, onions, garlic, poultry blend, asparagus, brussel sprouts, green beans 3. cook beef and season with salt, black pepper, & italian seasoning 4. mix the beef into the tomato based sauce 5. stuff your bell peppers and put them back in the oven for around 10 minutes 6. top the bell peppers with tzatziki and onions 7. sweet potatoes on the side for carbs 8. done <3 #stuffedbellpeppers #easydinnerideas #highprotein
