Had a lady keep knocking on the glass when we were closing up. The store manager was nice and let her in if she promised to be quick. She was not quick overstayed 25 mins to buy $8 worth of stuff..

i had a customer call in and say her package was leaking so we (manager and i) told her if she brought it in we’d happily exchange it for her… she screamed at me “you should really stand behind your products” maam it’s ulta and i just work here 🤷🏼♀️
