sertraline literally saved me. still on it today and it has helped reduce my anxiety SM!! the hardest part was starting it- i didn’t feel a difference until a month in so just be patient w yourself 💗

Mental health professional here: if it does not work for you I would recommend asking your med provider to do a genesight test or the equivalent to it. Helps reduce having to trial and error meds

Sertraline didn’t do well for me. If it doesn’t help you, try Lexapro!

Just be prepared for the first couple of weeks because anxiety/depression might get worse than before, but it will pass and be better, you just have to fight through that period ❤️

I was dreading it. Felt anxious, ashamed. The first two weeks were not great. Then I went ecstatic. Two months later, I am calmer and better. Weird one: my hair is glorious! It works for me.

sertraline changed my life for the better, especially made a difference to my social anxiety. i also didn’t get any bad side effects which i know is rare

Ok so the first few days are a bit weird.. just an odd sort of feeling. A little bit of nausea and tiredness but after week one all the side effects resolved. Ive been on it for about 6 weeks and it’s changed my life

Hey darling! I’m one of many that haven’t had the best experience. At first they helped sooo well!! In the end the dosage got upped to 150mg a day and I felt like a zombie. I was so angry and so sad all the time.
