The whole “you must work out for an hour” is making us not work out. I’ve kept a 30 point weight by my desk and lift it like one-8 times when I can. I’m stronger with no dedicated workouts!!

If you are not helping anyone else, you have absolutely helped me. Thank you so much for your content. As someone who is really trying to be more consistent you keep it a little funny and very simple and you don’t move fast doing the different exercises and positions so I can get the pose right when I’m at the gym.
