my dog disengages on his own when he gets too riled up, it amazes me every time! He will run off, shake off, check in then ask to go outside to release more energy on a toy???? like who taught you???

My German shepherd won’t even roughhouse with me 😭 My little chi x jack russell will though and that little shit goes hard. He does still stop when told though but he bites harder if you scream 😂

mine knows exactly how hard is too hard for a play bite and on the rare occasion she gets too carried away she stops herself, grabs a toy and brings it back so we can play that way instead

my luna has learnt to use different bite strengths with different people. we didn't teach her, she just started doing it. and she will even refuse to rough play with some people bc she knows it might hurt them more 😭
