what makes COD hard is that it's so easy, it's easy to kill, it's easy to read spawns. there's still a skill ceiling but it's so congested that it makes it feel hard.

just think cod is boring to watch for the most part since all that’s ever used in tournaments is like two weapons max. entire sandbox to use in halo which requires sm more skill imo

cod doesn't have outplayability and skill expression like halo has and halo doesn't have the 'put you in the blender' and reaction mechanics like cod does. both require HIGH IQ to be good at.

There’s levels to it too. Ranked play doesn’t even give it service. Once you compete with orgs and teams you see how advanced it really gets.

I mean especially in this game like you have to time your deaths, one single person can affect spawns, you have to read splits and parallels. Not to mention getting to the perfect setup

actually agree completely, the gum play and getting kills is easy, but knowing where to be, where to rotate and how to block spawns is harder than people think, still easier than other games like r6
