There is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this very reason. After seven attempts to fix mine, they refunded my money.

I had the same fridge and got rid of it and bought a whirlpool cause Samsung wouldn’t do anything for me and wanted to send a repair man out at my expense so I got rid of it

Contact state attorney general - I did and received refunds for a lemon samsung washer and dryer pair. They Customer Service is atrocious. You have to go directly to your state Attorney General.

Yup 🙄 I had to buy an ice maker because ours stopped working a year ago. Called the company and they tried to help me reset it. The next thing is to “get it serviced” by them ofcourse.
