My daughters pediatrician told me i can blend up whatever im making for dinner. Seasoned or not. But im still too scared. Shes about to be 7mo and if it’s not a baby puree it scares me lmao idk why😭

Baby’s taste buds are pretty sensitive, you start bland then slowly incorporate new taste mostly with new foods then combos of foods then adding in spices
