I had to start adding water to my sand didn’t realize it could dry out.. should I be spraying the tank or not because that is where I am confused. Is it not good or it is??

Can hermit crabs suffocate in the sand if it doesnt pass the poke test? Will there tunnels cave in on them?

Mine passed the poke test and has all the right elements but it will go dry like a week after I fix it and idk what to do because my humidity is really high

Why not use calcium sand? I have a mixture of calcium sand and Eco Earth at the moment in my tank and one of my hermit crabs is molting😬
