I’m on Vyvanse I’m on month 3 started 20mg I was sooo tired crashing! Upped to 40mg was fine for a month. 2nd month taking it now, my pulse gets to 120-140 and I get super talkative! I feel like I metabolize it too fast idk:( I don’t drink caffeine either but the tachycardia is awful…I don’t want to stop it though. I’m gng to talk to my dr to see what he thinks

This is SO INTERESTING!! I was on Vyv for a yr and loved it for my adhd … did NOT love it on my heart rate (v high), and mystery heart palipatations. 😬 (Was also not covered by my insurance and was expensive!)
