I was on Bisoprolol for a bit, a similar beta blocker commonly used for anxiety that performers often use, I had for a heart conditon but man it makes so unbelievably unanxious, like so steadfast all day, nothing can shake you in the slightest, but I suddenly had really bad painful period to the point of throwing up on it cos it, when usually no pain at all. Hope u dont have this issue, but if the meds help, do not stop taking them. Ppl with bipolar r likely to stop taking meds bcuz they feel better & think they dont need them, prolonging treatment. 1/

Propranolol has worked for me not for anxious thoughts, but it does keep my heart and breathing from reacting to the anxiety incase that might help anyone

propranolol only works for the physical symptoms of my panic attacks from ptsd which unfortunately are debilitating sometimes but it has never actually helped with my anxiety if that makes sense

Propranolol literally made me WORSE, I was also told to take it everyday without being told it would drop my blood pressure.

Nooooooo. So I use a low dose for my blood pressure and my heart rate. Now what DOES help is my Zoloft for the anxiety part. But yes I totally agree it’s not for anxiety at all.

Passion flower may help with your anxiety/panic disorder if you need more support with that. Just be sure to check for med interactions and contraindications. 💜 1/3 dropper usually does well for it

I take Zoloft daily for my anxiety and it does help 🖤✨I also have Ativan for anxiety/panic attacks I can take in addition. We will all get through this, Stas.
