They also asked the court to postpone the hearing until the report could be retained and reviewed. That didn't happen. That delayed the resentencing hearing by a few hours. It will likely last two days. 10 family members are expected to take the stand, along with a prison expert and former inmate. Menendez family attorney, Mark Geragos, has questioned Hochman's repeated tries to keep this hearing from happening. He says these actions have pushed him to consider filing a motion to have Hochman recused in the case.
