It looks like it’s in the plastic pot you purchased it in. Definitely repot in a slightly larger pot with more soil.

second bottom watering! it's like letting water run over a dried up sponge vs letting it sit in the water to soak up! should solve your problem :)

TBH I would try just throwing it in water for a while and see how it does. I have several plants that have just decided they need to be hydroponic. Just gotta remember to fertilize the water.

hello you are over watering it probably. the damaged I'm seeing also look like root rot. take it out cut off gross slimy roots and re pot it
