I like to keep my transmission temp between 130F to 140F. No higher than 145F. Keep the transmission temp low so the fluid will last longer

thanks for the video, helped me get mine done today. I measured what I drained out- I was very slow and careful so I would catch all the old fluid in my drain pan. Drained out 7.25 quarts. Filled it back up with 7.5. to make up for what was caught in the filter, easy work.

Yeah, I over passed 100k miles and didn’t changed the fans fluid, went til 114k miles and now I’m screwed, a noised inside transmission pan starts when idle but no movement at all forward or reverse, weird thing is when I put gear on Reverse the noise goes away put it back Park noise comes back don’t know if the torque converter went bad
