You have to tenderize it now... wrap it up, put plenty of liquid on it,(I use beer) 250° for about 3 hours.. you will be a hit!😎

Should have smoked it till that temp then put it in a aluminum pan with a little bit of liquid and cover it until it pulls apart 🤷🏻♂️
