I have always had them and yes they keep coming. I just had one removed that different ducted had already tried to remove. It is now coming back again so I will have to have it removed a 3rd time. The doctor told me to be very gentle with my scalp when washing and if scratching an itch. If the area gets disturbed your body can create more. I have also had some removed with no issue. But some were Pilar cysts and some sebaceous cysts. The Pilar cysts are the wurst because if they don’t get all of it then it just comes back.
