see my son is also feral. he once took on a sweet deer who swiped his tortilla outta his fingers. except my son didn't let go. so he's got sweet deer teeth mark permanently embedded into his fingers. 😂🙄🤣

⚠️ FORESEEABLE RISK. IRREPARABLE HARM. AND A SYSTEM THAT TOO OFTEN WAITS UNTIL THE DAMAGE IS DONE. ⚠️ 🎵 Stayin’ Alive — because for some families, surviving the family court system is no longer a figure of speech. We are not just talking about financial loss. We are talking about foreseeable risks of bodily harm, serious injury, psychological devastation, homelessness, and even death. We are talking about parents losing their homes, their life savings, their children, their livelihoods, and sometimes their will to keep fighting. And here’s the question nobody in authority seems willing to answer: WHY DOES A SYSTEM ENTRUSTED WITH PROTECTING FAMILIES CONTINUE TO ALLOW PREVENTABLE HARM — AND SOMETIMES CREATE THE VERY CONDITIONS THAT MAKE THAT HARM FORESEEABLE? When courts impose extraordinary restrictions without adequate procedural safeguards, fail to address properly presented emergency requests, or permit disputed property interests to disappear before meaningful appellate review, the consequences are not theoretical. They are REAL. They are PREDICTABLE. And sometimes they are IRREVERSIBLE. Due process is not a courtesy extended by a judge. Equal access to justice is not a privilege reserved for people who can afford $500-an-hour attorneys. They are fundamental constitutional protections. And in a family-law system involving billions of dollars in legal fees and related services, the public has every right to demand transparency about the financial incentives, procedural failures, and accountability mechanisms that affect families. How many people must become homeless, penniless, or separated from their children before someone acknowledges the human cost? How many warnings of imminent harm must be documented before prevention becomes more important than procedural convenience? Is the judiciary incapable of recognizing foreseeable consequences, or has institutional indifference become so normalized that nobody expects to be held accountable? Seriously. Who the hell do they think they’re fooling? Judicial discretion is not unlimited authority. Judicial independence does not mean immunity from scrutiny. And a court’s power to decide a case does not eliminate its obligation to follow the law. Not every adverse ruling is unconstitutional. But when legally required procedures are denied, meaningful access is obstructed, or constitutional rights are violated, accountability cannot simply disappear behind the words judicial discretion. Justice that arrives only after a family has lost everything may be justice that arrives too late. This is about more than winning or losing a divorce. This is about human lives. This is about preventing foreseeable harm instead of explaining it away after the damage is irreversible. And it’s about demanding meaningful oversight, lawful procedures, transparency, and accountability from institutions entrusted with protecting constitutional rights. ⚖️ THE LAW SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A PERSON TO LOSE EVERYTHING BEFORE THEIR RIGHTS MATTER. 🎵 Stayin’ Alive — because surviving the system should never be the price of seeking justice. #FamilyCourtReform #DueProcess #EqualAccessToJustice #familycourtcorruption #prevention
