While putting things away to get ready to close up shop for the night, he heard someone say, "look behind you," and looked just in time to be able to save himself from certain harm. Serdar even stated, if he hadn't moved out of the way in time, he probably wouldn't still be here. He said he never really saw the man, either; it was like he warned him and simply vanished. Some people have theorized that this is the work of a guardian angel, and some have even theorized that it actually has something to do with time travel.
